Deeply Rooted Life Center is a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). This Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes an on-line payment via our website. As your purchase is being made online without our assistance or involvement we ask that you complete your details and the amount of your purchase carefully as it involves a substantial amount of administrative time to deal with and rectify any errors. In summary:

• Refunds may be given when a scheduled appointment is canceled 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment by emailing  billing@deeplyrootedlifecenter.com. The amount refunded will be minus any credit card or processing fees we incurred. 

• No refunds will be given after services are provided.

• No refunds will be given if you purchase an Inner Healing or Deliverance Session BEFORE you contact us to schedule it. Please contact us to schedule a session before you purchase one in the store.

• No refunds for products purchased.

• No refunds will be given if your appointment is canceled due to you not completing and submitting the application, consent, and liability form. This completed form must be received by Deeply Rooted Life Center before your scheduled appointment. See the bottom of the page to click on this form.

• All credit card transactions will be processed in American dollars.

• Refunds given may take up to 14 days

Should an error be made by Deeply Rooted Life Center, full refunds will be made immediately upon notification of the error and all costs born by Deeply Rooted Life Center.
